Sabatier is one of the oldest and best Cutlers. Note that there are different grades of knives, but when they're of the best grade, they're very, very good.


EDIT: The one customer reviewer dismissed this pair as being light-weight introductory-level Sabatier utensils. MEANInG, if you're just starting-up a student kitchen, this stuff will do fine, but if you really care about the quality of your knives (their heft, they ability to hold an edge) then you should check-out better products in Sabatier's line.
