#1 - Stable
#2 - Passively cooled northbridge & MOSFETs
#3 - All-solid capacitor design
#4 - at least 1 PCI-E 16x (16x electrical) slot (I do not need SLI)
#5 - Able to hit at least 333MHz fsb (1333MHz effective) without upping voltages or overheating
#6 - quad-core ready
#7 - one IDE legacy connector (preferably native to chipset, not added on)
#8 - NForce6 series board (680i or 650i) preferable
#9 - Able to mount large heatsinks like Tuniq Tower 120, Ultra 120, Ultra 120 Extreme.
#10 - Affordable - preferably around $150 or less.

Currently looking at the MSi P6N-SLI Platinum, which seems to meet every desire listed except the ability to fit heatsinks that use a backing plate brace due to some components attached to the back of the motherboard under the cpu socket. It also might require some voltage bumping to hit 333MHz fsb.

Is there any better alternative that meets ALL of those desired requirements?

abit's FP-IN9 SLI?
maybe 1 of the 650i Ultras when they arrive ...

edit: if you broaden your horizon & look at 965 chipset & $160 the AB9 QuadGT is an excellent board.
