s754 board died?suggestions for new board, please

My Epox 8KDA3J board just died (for the third time). Very pissed. I don't even want to go through the struggle of RMAing the board. I'm only replacing the motherboard and am not upgrading anything else. The new board will connect with a s754 Athlon 64 3200+, PC3200 2x512MB Mushkin Basic (2.5-3-3-8), and an AGP Sapphire 9800 Pro video card. I will overclock, but don't want to necessarily pay a premium for it. I think there were some compatability issues with the Epox and the Mushkin ram. Maybe this could be kept in mind while choosing a board? Anyways, I don't want to spend much and want to get the computer up and running as soon as possible. Which boards should I look at?
 
GA-K8NS PRO....great mobo, lots of features and a very good overclocker...I got 2.87ghz@1.55v from my 3000+ venice.
