Is it fair that small-business owners can?t join together to negotiate lower rates with the big insurance companies?

NO.

Big Business can.

Big Labor can.

But federal laws prevent small-business owners from forming multi-state employee pools for the purpose of negotiating insurance contracts.

IT?S TIME WE HAD NEW LAWS.

Small-Business Health Plans would make it possible for small businesses to negotiate the kind of group discounts that Big Business and Big Labor take for granted. NFIB is working hard to level the playing field and pass legislation giving you that right.

Well they have one part right, That the Laws are wrong.

All the petitions in the world would have no affect on the ones they are trying to change because they are the ones that directly benefit from the corrupt system.

The only way to "level the playing field" will be by Revolution unfortunately.
