S4 not showing up as disk drive in windows explorer

Anyone else have this problem? I'm connecting it with a USB and it doesn't show up as a drive. I've already installed the windows drivers for it, not sure what else I need to do...

Toggle it to MTP mode. It defaults to some ridiculous driver installation mode.
