I just installed a S3 Savage card in my Win 98 machine. Half the stuff doesn't work. Is this just a bad video card?

I got the card from Computergeeks and it came just with a driver cd that has a lot of different drivers on it. I found the correct drivers and it installed correctly. But sometimes the display gets theses lines across it. it seems as though the drivers aren't correct.
 
You might try downloading drivers from Creative - they made some Savage cards. Sonic Blue is another source (formerly Diamond MM)
