If you're looking for a bit more information, I believe the difference between the two is that the DS3 uses solid capacitors which makes it a more reliable board in terms of longevity and durability when being overclocked.
As far as I know everything else is pretty much the same.
S3 is cheap and does the virtually the same overclocks as the DS3. just put an E6400 in one with 2 x 512mb PC5300 ballistix and it hit 7 x 500 w/ mem 1:1 w/ vmch at 1.7, vcore at 1.42v and ram at 2.2v.
S3 is all you need. They both perform the same in overclocking and have the same features (except DS3 has solid capacitors). Get the e6300 with the S3 and put the $80 you saved toward a better graphics card.
