Pros:
Another potential DX9 competitor
Decent feature set for what should be a budget card.

Cons:
Release isn't until end of Q2
Unproven track record (ala Savage2000)
Q2 brings R350, NV30, NV31, ... etc. A tough crowd to dance with.
