Rojakpot didn't have anything on these bios settings.

[*]memory termination; enable or disable
[*]Should dram driver slew rating be on fast?
[*]s2k i/o compensation enable or disable
[*]What is DOS flat mode?

Thanks for the bump, it looks like nobody has a clue thus far.

Asleep, at that time of day.

Memory termination: Disabled with SDR RAM, Enabled with DDR (setup control disappears with DDR RAM anyway, automatically enabling). Setting to Enabled with SDR RAM might help with otherwise flaky DIMM sticks (which you should rather replace than fiddle with settings to make them work).

DRAM driver slew rate: Set to High when you have lots of RAM chips, like with two double sided DIMMs.

S2K I/O Compensation should be set to Enabled. (This refers to the CPU bus).

DOS Flat Mode: No idea, not even my contact at ECS UK knows.
