Hello,
I have a S2600WT intel motherboard but when i plug it in and start it up the video is not showing on the monitor.
1. The processor i am using is an intel xeon SR203 3.20GHZ
2. the memory i am using is DDR4 MTA9ADF1G72PZ 8GB

If anyone has a solution to why the video is not displaying id appreciate it, thanks.

It looks like the board only has a single VGA port for the onboard video - Are you using a native VGA monitor or some kind of adapter setup to connect it to a monitor? Some adapters might be able to be plugged in both directions but don't necessarily work both directions.

The board says it supports discrete graphics, so if you had a spare graphics card lying around you could stick it in and check to make sure the board is posting alright independent of the onboard graphics.

Edit:
How do I convert the VGA output port on this device to DVI, HDMI, or DisplayPort? (startech.com)

This page has somewhat decent detail on the matter, the only adapter that works without an active signal converter is VGA to DVI-I
