is there a compatabilty issue? i was reading there was. im think about getting this for a bday present for my parents because my ocz modtream doesnt like my case so im going to put that in my server that im building. does this psu have any issue with that board? i am also working on making my case quieter

no has any thought? i just want to make sure this PSU is comaptable with a dfi ultra-d im sure it is. i just read that its not. i guessing you cant rust the newegg reviews

Well it's not an issue of compatibility, I am sure it's compatible as long as it's a 24 Pin or at least a 20 + 4 Pin. The issue is do you really want to trust an OCZ Modstream with such nice components, the MOBO and CPU and Video could all see there last days with that junk powering it.

Sorry I don't like that crap that's all.
