s/w to measure HDD temperature

Hi,
I have harddisk Maxtor DiamonMax 60Gb.
Is there any software which can read smart parameters of hard disk and monitor temperature under Windows (98 or 2000 or XP)?
I found SiGuardian, but it does not work with my model, although I know that my model supports S.M.A.R.T.
