To anyone who can help,
I recently purchased a 9500 pro with S-video tv-out. I connected this to my TV using high quality cables from Monster Cable. The picture does show but there is this constantly rolling line, that scrolls up the screen when the pc is connected to the TV. I have eliminated it being the TV as I have connected different Tv's to it and I get the same effect. I have also noticed this same thing in the past with other video cards. For an example of what this looks like, think of the last time you have been watching say a news program, and on the TV they have a computer monitor in the background and on the computer monitor you see a line scrolling up the monitor. It looks just like that...What causes this and how do I get rid of it????
