S-Video to Composite Video with Audio?

I have an ATI Radeon 9000 Pro 128MB and i want to hook it up to my TV. I've been looking for cables, but the closest I have come to finding the right cable is this one. The only thing that is wrong is that i need the audio connectors switched around; The audio rca plugs with the s-video connector, and the headphone type plug with the rca video plug on the other end. Anyone seen one of these?

Well get separate cables then. (Maybe the one in the photo actually is two separate cables?)

i just hook my computer to the tv with Svideo to Svideo, and the audio using 1/8th mini -> RCA cables

In detailed description it says:
