S-Video outputs only B/W on eVGA 6800GT???

I finally got around to trying the TV out on my eVGA 6800GT and I can only get a black&white picture. Everything else with the card works great. I have tried different s-video cables (including a high-quality Acoustic Research cable) and different TVs and it's still just B/W. I'm assuming this is a bad card then, right?
