S-Video Out on X850XT-PE

I just got a new 37" HDTV LCD TV and want to use S-Video out (don't have a DVI<>HDMI cable atm) to go from my computer to the TV. I have a standard S-Video cable here, and the thing *will not* fit in what I thought was the S-Video port (the port between the two DVI's, as seen here), but the damn thing won't plug into that as far as I can tell (unless I'm just being a TOTAL dumbass, which is quite possible). Is this supposed to be a normal S-Video plug plugging into it and then out to the TV? Or is there a special PCI-Out S-Video out port?

There is a dongle to plug into that port on the back and then there is an s-video on that dongle. Along with a compsite output.

Try putting the cable in upside down.
