S-Video AND DVI?

I recently upgraded my monitor to a 19" widescreen. My gfx card is a TI4400 AGP w/ DVI and S-Video outs. I'd like to watch videos on my TV so I've hooked the S-Video up to my TV (via a convertor box that accepts RCA from the PS2, COAX from the cableTV, and S-video from the PC). The convertor box flickers on a few times but nothing happens. I don't see any options on how to have the gfx card use the S-Video out.

I've tried adjusting the resolution down to 1024x768 but that doesn't do anything either.

Any help is greatly appreciated
