?'s upgrading processor

I have a Duron 800 w/ a FIC KT133a chipset motherboard. The board supports pc133 memory and a athlon up to 1.2Ghz. I would like to just upgrade the processor. As I was looking on pricewatch I noticed that all the Athlon processors were based on 200/266 FSB. Are these processors strickly for ddr memory or can i use my existing pc133 memory?
On a side note, I never could get my duron to run at 133mhz fsb. I tried the motherboard jumpers but it defaulted to 100mhz. Any info/ideas are greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Brian

The bus speed of Durons is 100Mz. Running them at 133Mhz is considered overclocking. The reason you can't get it to run at 133Mhz is because your multiplier is set at 8x meaning your Duron is running at 8x133=1066. You will have to unlock your Duron and lower the multiplier if you want to run it at 133Mhz.

You don't have to use DDR RAM for 200/266 FSB Athlons. 200 is 2x100 and 266 is 2x133 for the north and south bridges.
