WARNING " Attribute seek error rate changes from 100 to 200"

This is a popup warning message from the hard drive monitor SMART.

What does this mean?

What manual? It's a hard drive that came with the computer. (Western Digital) I found no info on WD's site, and searched Google but found very little info.

So, you don't know either? Huh, Nail.

Look, this is the wrong forum. Post in technical support and I'll answer the question (although it takes about 2 seconds to google it....)
