I been looking at the Panasonic 42incher TC-L42U25 I can get it for 630 on amazon, but reading over at the AVS forum people say it uses a S-IPS Panel which is LG?

people seem to say the Alpha-APS is much better

TV is going to be used with an Xbox and some TV thats about it. Does it really matter?

Just get a TC-P42G25, which is better than either :)

Oh, and what is Alpha-APS? Do you mean IPS Alpha?

that tv is 200 bucks more too lol.

I havent checked if the stores bestbuy/brandsmart have that tv you mentioned or not. but we might be limitied at what the local stores have

Saw the TV in person looks good, though cant really tell since they dont have any test pics or anything just streaming HD content.

Bestbuy has it for 730, Brandsmart has it for 589.99.

I love Brandsmart :)
