I'm not particularly good at persuading people ,So I thought some of you guys could help. He's currently in Toms hardware team but there forum rarely discusses SETI.He's indicated he might move ,if some of our team posted at this thread saying hi etc ,then it would show how good our team support is :).

BTW another team is trying to recruite him too :(

Ha Ha, I see your plan, very tricky.

I will have to think about the Anandtech team, it's alot more progressive than Tom's.

Whatever happened to the policy of not recruiting people from other teams on their own forums?:frown:

Anyway :), there are benefits to being 20th instead of first on your team, like racing. Right now, I'm racing Sukhoi to 500 WUs. You can check out our progress here. Our CPUs seem to be pretty well matched, but I'm slowly gaining on him. Note that you can tell this because our daily and weekly stats are listed, as well as our individual histories.

Another benefit to TA is that you don't have to stay with one prescribed project. I've tried out almost every project I know of, especially RC5, Gamma Flux, and even the occasional CSC and ECDL.

I hope you'll consider joining us. :D

I'm in... I left him a nice recruiting post. :) What really surprised me is my username and password to Toms site still worked! I've been a member since way back but don't read/post there.

I don't mean to sound brash but damn that forum and format suck. What a PITA to navigate. I can't believe Tom's still using Delphi. All I can say is... Praise be to Anandtech! Power to the Team!!!

BTW - Great to see the recruiting effort. We need more of this! (I'm still pattting myself on the back for bringing rleach2 to the team) :p ;) :Q

Just ask everyone interested to come here and check us out. I'm sure they'll quickly see just how supportive we all are.:)

If you read the beginning of that thread you will see that I had some concerns about that too after realising they had a team after all ,however since then ,3 months further on they have gained no more new members ,also Galanz mentioned himself that he was contemplating leaving his team ,so that was the red flag to the bull ;)
Oh yeah & Team THF is nearly dead ,apart from a handful of members.

BTW I've made no recruiting attempts at Matrox users forum,& since Overclockers Uk & Overclockers Australia have formed teams I stopped any recruiting attmepts there.
Sharkeys forum meet with 0 response :(,so that 1 will be worth another try;)
