First!

We had good production but Nippon did more. And what's with Matrox? They've been much stronger than they were when we were both at the same level.

Thanks Hellburner! :)

Thanks HB! :)

We had another nice day, but Nippon and Matrox users still were able to outproduce us...oh well, I´m sure we are gonna beat them tommorow. :)

6th - Thanks HB!!!

Looks like we need an additional 100 PIII-800B's working 24/7 to get up to 2,000 WU's per day. I've got one in my sights! :):D:):D Time to recruit!

i was poking around on seti's site and noticed

6/29/00 Note: Many users have noticed the number of workunits processed by a team is significantly
different than the sum of the workunits processed by its users. This is due to a backlog of team
statistics that we are currently working on clearing. Thank you for your patience.

but would this still be in effect today?
and by as much as the difference it seems
to show?

hellburner: would you mind showing the total w/u that
you have that you use in addition to the diffs.

cory,
To the best of my knowledge.
If you search for the teams by name you get current numbers.
The other numbers are not updated as quickly.

Unless I'm mistaken HB uses SETI Team to get the latest cgi stats for each team

Here's some stats I just pulled

Nippon 331701
TA _____329199

Bloody hell that took ages to get ! :(
As you can see the team cgi total is way behind ,however the individual stats are up to date.
SETI team gives up to date team totals :)

I think your right, Assimilator.

HB is using SETI Team (an neat proggy) to add upp all the individual stats to eliminate the SETI servers backlog when it comes to total team stats, so his are correct (at least that`s how I think he`s doing them...). :)

You won't get the correct number even when looking up the teams individually.
Eg. if you look up TA http://setiathome.ssl.berkeley.edu/cgi-bin/cgi?cmd=team_lookup&name=tean+anandtech you'll get a precompiled number for the team.
There after you'll get the numbers for each individual on the team.
If you paste this into Excel and sum it, you'll see that this number doesn't correlate with the precompiled team number.
The miscorrelation ;), I think, is due to Berkeley's incapability??? to keep up with joining and leaving members.
Some database experts may be able to explain this.

i do search for by team name
(that way you get the correct amounts for each member
but the total for the team is wrong)

where can you get seti team?
