If you have permission to do so, I think that's there's something called 'Setihide". Have you checked our team webpage?

Are you taking about the CLI or the GUI?

If you mean the CLI, you can just put the /h switch in a shortcut.

The line in the shortcut that points to the program would then look like "...seti.exe" /h

And, the quotes are supposed to be there.
