Oh, and BBR had a member with 14k+ leave...and will probably return as a name change...so in reality, they did 20k yesterday...with quite a few coming from the other team that is sorta joining in with them. They hope to beat us to 3,000,000......:Q

While we may not stop them from passing us, as would be the case for many teams that suddenly added 120% more (more than doubled) production from two members, we could certainly try to get to 3,000,000 first!

Nice day of production there. Now we have 2 teams ahead of us that are under 200K ahead and getting closer daily. Also seems that we're keeping pace with HW France.

Engineer: Did I read that right? BBR and another team merged? If that's the case it would explain their huge numbers recently but IMO it's also pretty lame. Maybe we should all just leave and join Ars, S@N, or SETI Germany...

The scoop on BBR....

Team Trillian is being disbanded by the founders. Instead of outright merging the members, they asked them to join BBR. Some did, many did not and will not. Those who do not join are attempting to get the Trillian founder to disband the team and allow one of them to re-found it.

As for the member departure, it is only temporary. There is an issue with "cool graphs" that the board generates on a daily basis. If you join the SETI team and claim your account at BBR, then change your handle, the cool graph breaks. They're trying to figure out exactly what to do to fix it, not that it is a huge deal.
