Our output was only 400? :Q That's ugly! We haven't been below 1000 WU's in a while so something must've happened. Probably lost a member or maybe even several. Sucks to see us lose over 1/2 a day's production like that. Not only that but we lose the future daily output of those lost members.

Hopefully we can recruit replacements. I wonder if there's something that could be done to help us recruit new members (hint, hint). :p

Thanks HB!

I just checked the seti page that lists members and their rank. I didn't notice any of our big hitters gone, and it lists the total number of members at 351. Does it subtract the total number of units that person has when they leave? If a member that had a total of around 600 left that might explain yesterdays poor output.

It sucks to lose a big member like that. I can't help but think the link to the Hardware Central SETI article posted here a few days ago didn't lead to this. Don't get me wrong, I don't blame the guy who posted the link. It was a great read with good info in it. I think it's got more to do with the fact that Hardware Central actually supports their SETI team (notice the link on the homepage). Either that or maybe Crazydude wanted to join a team he'd be a bigger member of. I'd bet it's the former though. Hate to beat a dead horse but that's the way I feel...

Thanks for the stats, I recently joined the team and one of the big
reasons is that the members like you support the effort! :)

One of these days I will try for a first on the daily posting :)

The Murc always sees if they loose a cruncher, of course this is very unlikely.
We take care of our own :)

Hehe, right Assim.:)

But all in all, we keep our crunchers together, we only lost ~11 members since our foundation!
