One new member 🙂 and a departure with 753 wu's.

Thanks HB 🙂

Dasm, even with the departure the number is not good 🙁 We need to focus on getting back to consistent 6k+ production and set the bar for 7k+

DSLR lost a member with 15K WUs, but if you look at their numbers closely you will see some more crunching from Bandai

Not a good day for us 🙁 ,but not as bad as DSLR!:Q

Aside from the lost member 🙁 ,anyone know why our production is down to 5.5k today?
Am I right in saying HWF is pulling away from us?

Our production is only averaging barely over 6K per day and if it's not a day where C&C dump we're going to be below. The simple fact is we're producing less WU's per day than we were a few months ago. Not good considering we have as many or more members and PC's are faster now than they were then.

As far as HW France, I think we're still gaining but very slowly. If we really want to pass them we're going to need a recruiting effort, a race, or support (deep inhale).

Welcome new member & thanks Hellburner.

Thanks HB🙂

It also have something to do with the active percentage of the TeAm.
During the race with DSLR we were close to 35%, now we are down to 23.35% (taken for june 11, from my stats page).

Thats around 200 people we are missing 🙁

I used to dump everday which in my rather small way may affect the output percentage, but I have cut that out and wait until i have close to 50 completed WU's ....but sometimes I just cant get to it....get toooo antsy....wanna make those nifty stats go up so I dump 4 or 5 every couple of days :| oh well finally making myself hold off heh hid the sys tray icon for SetiDriver from myself heh sooner or later i will forget bout it open it up and have the 380 some odd WU's completed hehe...ohhhh that would be nice hehe found some proggies for linux to do caching but....config is somewhat difficult and have not taken the time...seeing as i will prolly lose a couple o' hours in trying to set the linux caching proggie up...guide even suggests setting a separate user id for seti :Q which does not sound like a bad idea due to i dun feel like having xterm sitting there i hate having excess windows open

LinuxIdiot, can't you just run the xterm at a different virtual desktop?
Please give me a link to the wu caching prog you are talking about, for I desperately need one 🙂

Thanks for the report HB!

Thanks for the stats Hellburner. 🙂

BTW, has anybody noticed that the Compaq and HP SETI teams have now joined forces (link).

Thanks HB! 🙂

Our good days are highly dependent on C² making a dump. Seems a lot of people are helping in the other DC project too, a good thing really.

LinuxIdiot
I don't know anything about Linux but I do know that the latest version of SETIQ will run in WINE for Linux.
Have you considered SETIQ?

FYI, we at DSLR lost a member named "Chuck" for the second time. He joined up a month or two ago and then left a week later. Joined again about a week ago and has left again. Never introduced himself and never responed to the congrats he received for reaching 15K. We have some theories in the works on who this mystery member is, but nothing concrete as of yet.

As for Bandai, I doubt he'll ever reach his past production levels...though it would be a great help.

I wonder if this is the same mysterious "Chuck" that is on Team U.S.A. now?
See the link in the thread "Now that's what i call a productive day".
