We're still slowly gaining ground on those ahead of us. Wish it were faster but at least we're still climbing. We have to make sure we're prepared when the DSL Reports team gets on the chart. Hopefully it will motivate us to keep them behind us.

Thanks Hellburner!

The best news is that we keep gaining a member or two every day. That should mean that our stats increase every day which will speed our rise.

The Unknown warrior ;) was identified today as a new member of our TeAm, bringing along 512 new WU's!
Also joining us as new members are Frankendrengen, NOendINsight and micron.
Welcome to Team AnandTech!!!

Whoever is making all of these 'number' accounts decided that today was the day for (#17) to leave the team..
Also, several of the other 'numbers' seem to have lost quite a few WU's, making this only an average day, even with Unknown's contribution.
Anybody know who is creating these accounts, and how it is possible for multiple accounts to lose only part[/b] of their WU's?

SETI people, I have a question:

The sysadmin at work has been runnig seti on some machines here for a long time (slow macs, but still), and he hasn't joined any team he said. Now I was thinking of recruiting him for TA. Obviously I want to be able to say I can fix it for him, how do I go about when joining a team?

EDIT NEver mind I just found it in the TA seti page

Remember, he needs his account password to join the team.

Thanks for the stats! :D

Fardringle:

All these (#1), (#2) etc. are only SetiTEAM's own numbering of nameless accounts.
So if (#17) leaves then the former (#18) becomes (#17), but the former (#18) has fewer WUs than the (#17) who's just left, hence it seems (#17) lost WUs and that effects (#17) thru (#nn).
On the other hand, if a new nameless joins the team and his amount of WUs leads him to be eg. (#12), then the effect would be the opposite, namely (#12) thru (#nn) gaining WUs.
The latter of course wouldn't seem abnormal, but seeing that nameless accounts often times are stand stills, 'twould still cause some eye brows to be lifted don't ya think?

What happened to our output? without the 500 added to us today we only did 800 WU's :(

Who was it that changed names?

Edit: Ahhh!! There you are, Unknown! I thought you were new!! ;) Welcome to the TeAm!!

Assim, I know. :) My

<< Please do. ;) >>

was referring to his bring in an extra 450 WU's, and then I just threw in the comment about 450 computers for fun.
