Well guys if Redhorse is happier somewhere else and really didn't participate here then all we lost were the WUs.

I would rather lose a person who doesn't post with a lot of WUs than an active member with a few.

yikes! I think we need to start trying to recruit people from obscure teams who are way down on the ranks and dont have any chance to get up very high before the project ends. (was that a run on sentense?) If you want I could start clicking on profiles and shooting off e-mails. Or we could make it into a distributed project to increase coverage.

Damn its Rellik Remag whose left us! 🙁🙁 ,he used to a regular around here & I'm sure many TA members will remember him.
Its true that I haven't seen him post here in ages🙁

I see this pattern in some other members too ,once a regular poster & producer ,over time they post less & produce less ,this goes on for sometime,& who knows what they'll do in the long run with this low level of participation?............. ,I'm in contact with a few old members with a similar patern to this I hope that by keeping them at least a little involved as well as just having friendly conversation with them that they'll stay with us & maybe even become more active again some day.
TA is huge now🙂 ,but that does bring the problem of members fading away & then latter suddenly dissappearing (sometimes).
Sometimes the lack of forum activity may just be down to RL butting in😉 ,thats different.

Do you know someone who fits this pattern & you had some personal repoire with? ,why not just drop them an email saying hi?
Might be enough to keep them feeling part of TA🙂
