Overall #7 ranking for Dec in the Club Teams category.

Local group production 01/08:

10 Canada...............................(+62337)............ +435
11 Linux..................................(+35702)........... +1305

We lost a DaVe with about 3k and have a new member Sean Tavares with about 700 wu's 🙂

3rd!

WooMoo! Waking up early sure is ALOT easier with a "B-52 Bomber"!! - a specialty coffee with 6 shots of cold brew! :Q😀:Q

Thanks for the stats, HB!

Thanks HB!

I noted that Dave had multiple addresses Dave (#1) and Dave (#4), both were missing this morning. Dave (#1) was active and was 47th for the weekly production. Anyone know him? Hopefully it is a delayed name change!

:| 🙁 GRRRRRRRRRRRR! 🙁 :| Any chance this is a name change?? Hopefully... If it weren't for DaVe leaving we'd have had another good day. Either way, we didn't lose that much. We have a good lead on the Macs and Nippon and we're still closing in on Linux and Canada.

Thanks for the stats Hellburner (even if they're bad news)!

Rob

Well, its bound to happen. the longer you are here, the more of it you will see.

Its just a one-day setback. We can use the WU's, and we certainly hope to see Dave 1/4/whoever back under a unified name. But if not, oh well. He had someplace to go, which I'll respect (not that we have a choice!).

Thx for the stats, HB! U da MAN!

I wonder if we just fell behind Cisco again?

I also know that we're probably down about 100 WU's a day from members that have recently thrown a little firepower behind RC5.

Michael

All of the above but...

<< a new member Sean Tavares with about 700 wu's >>

Shouldn't we all say: WELCOME TO THE TEAM SEAN ! ? 😀 😀 😀

The overall team stats for 1/8/2001 are:

#26 Team NIPPON.............................(-54000).... +1482
#27 ABIT SETI@home Team...............(-58430).... +791

It looks like someone named Dave is messing with our stats.. 🙁

He has four different accounts (Dave #1, Dave #2, Dave #3, and Dave #4), all of which left the TeAm today, taking a total of 3014 WU's with him... 🙁 If anybody knows who this Dave is, PLEASE ask him to come back!!!!

On the bright side, we have a new member today! Sean Tavares joins us with 710 new WU's!! Welcome to the TeAm, Sean! I never mind being pushed down a notch in the rankings when it is done by a new member! 😀

Also, to prevent the day from being a total loss (and to keep us from dropping back below Cisco, they also lost a big member. JoeDude left their team, taking with him a whopping 3780 WU's!

It seems to me that these big members may have been close to discovering ET, so the aliens came here and abducted them!? 😉

it seems to me that we'd be better off had these forums been mentioned in the article. sure, it was great for getting a bunch of new people, but its not much of a team when you think you're all alone, so people leave when they find somebody else's team. we'll at least keep a few, though

Damn 🙁 ,bad day ,I wonder why Dave left?
Come to think of it I never recall him posting here & I've no idea how long he had been with TA!😱
Any oldie members know?

Anyway

WELCOME to Sean Tavares 😀
What machine(s) do you run SETI on?

Thanks FD & HB 🙂

Elfinex
You should definatley start a thread about it ,calling for action perhaps? (in a nice way of course!🙂)

🙁

Hey, I just thought of this. Is there any way to have the TA SETI page (the official stats one) have an add on it that points to this forum or something?

It currently points to our SETI homepage by Binky & co ,there's a link to this forum at the bottom of that ,maybe 1 should be added to the top as well?

First off; Thanks for the stats all🙂

Second; Welcome Sean 🙂

Third; DaVe or Dave, has been with us since September. Dave(#1) is still showing 32wu's? Got to wonder what is going on 😕

😎 😎

Welcome to the TeAm Sean ! 🙂 😀

Thanks for the stats HB and FD, even if they're not as good as usual...
