I don't know if there were any large dumps, but offices are starting to open back up and some people are heading back to school. That means more WU for us. For example, my work laptop was off for over a week and it is now on and crunching WU's. For me, that's another 1/3 more WU per day.

The average person probably has one home computer and one work computer so their output doubles when their work computer is turned on. Many people leave their computers on overnight, but they'll turn them off if they're out for a week or more.

Geez, I thought the forums were down? Weren't they? When did they get back online?

I must have had a fuzzed up shortcut on my desktop for I kept getting the "website not available" message.
