I dont want to pay the S&H from NewEgg to get a AOC EC-D5-825 and Artic Silver (12 Dollars is almost Equal to the price of the products, and im a cheap skate) so my question is, Is the AOC a good quiet fan, and is there another place I can get that and Artic silver for under the $26 that I would have to pay for the Products + S&H
 
Don't know if they have the fan you want, but Inflow Direct has good prices on shipping. Last time I ordered from them, and used Priority Mail, they only charged me 50-cents more than what the actual USPS charge was.

another hell yeah for SVC.... ordered some artic alumina... got it in the mail a few days later... and shipping was free.... same as with the AS2 and AS3....
 
ok, ok, 🙂 I get the hint 🙂. Thnx for your help. I just found I ridiculus (yah, I cant spell 🙂) that I needed to spend $6 for sh of a fan and another $6 for the Artic Silver. Tnx again.
 
lol.. recent newegg order was cordless freedom keyboard mouse set ($45) s/h ($8)
plus an adjustable enermax 8cm fan ($ 8) s/h $6 considering they came in the same box... well, I guess it's ok on average but it still caught me off-guard.
