S/B Live has sound from Line/In when computer off ?

I use my sound blaster live full version along with video in to watch videos TV etc but when the computer is off I still have sound comming from my speakers(very soft) You can turn off the sound in Lives control panel and it is really off when the computer is on but when you power down the comp the sond comes on.
Oh I get the video and sound through the video/audio out on a VCR.
Its slightly anoying as I dont want to keep turning off my amp speakers.

Sounds like the sound signal is making it through the card even with no power. Either disconnecting the audio line or powering down the speakers would be the only solution I see in that case.
 
Hmm. If you haven't tried already, try double-clicking the volume icon in your taskbar and change your properties so you can view the playback volume bar for Line-In. Click the bottom near the bottom that mutes it. That oughta solve that problem.
