S-ATA? is it working?

Hi, Anyone tell me how i know for sure my S-ATA HD is running in S-ATA? is UDMA 5 same as S-ATA?

If it's working it's running in SATA.

Is it the only drive in the system? If it is and it's running then it's running at SATA. If there is another boot drive then you might want to check your device manager. Or run SANDRA.
