I have been looking for these on the internet but have not found a decent one yet explaining the benefits of S-ATA, and RAID and how to set them up...anyone know of any good links with this information?

Do a search for RAID in this forum. You'll find a boatload of topics on the subject.

My opinion is that a RAID-0 setup is not worth it. Just get a bigger and/or faster drive.

Thanks a lot airfoil...those links are very informative. I think that I am gonna try that RAID 0 setup just for fun. (Just kidding, I don't think I have the funds...yet).
