Question Ryzen VDDG LDO location

I was wondering if anyone knows if the ldo chips for the various sub voltages are located on the motherboard or on the cpu package ?
ie: VDDG CCD and VDDG IOD specifically
If they are 3rd party smd components it would be nice to read the datasheet and see what the dropout voltage is and the input/output differential characteristics are.

The reason I ask is because information on the difference between vsoc and these rails is lacking, it is just people guessing or trial and error.
ie: "set them 0.04v lower for best stability"
input/output being as close as possible to each other is best for efficiency, to a limit, and dependant on other factors (load, temp, etc.). It would be nice to know more. Also how much load is even pulled from VDDG CCD, VDDG IOD, VDDP CPU, VDDP CLDO ... mysteries.

Thanks.
