They would use a new nomenclature for something below the U tier...

And is too early for 7nm EUV. Apple is now on 7nm but FinFet ones...

New linux driver all but confirms that Picasso is a 12nm Raven Ridge refresh with some power usage improvements. Coming in ~Q4 for 2019:

It also mentions updated Raven Ridge (H series most probably), so no 7n there

Zen apu is a fine way to dump dirt cheap 14nm capacity on the market for the next year or two. Using gf. Fulfilling wsa.
The zen apus just starts to emerge on the mass market. What it needs is better and more mature platform, 12nm and just beeing plain cheaper.
Iphone x can cary the expensive 7nm. What the laptop market needs is cheap zen apu for the masses.

The 2800H is most likely Raven2 (same Device-ID like Raven1, different Revision-ID), which was also just added. Picasso will be something different, and will probably still be a 2019 product.
