Good day to everyone!

So, I have this PC for a year now since I bought it last year from its previous owner (second hand), and everything is well until now.

Last week my PC's been lagging so bad that's been giving me BSOD often, but now I can't even use my PC for 10mins, it will just automatically shutdown without giving any warnings or BSOD whatsoever.

So, I started to troubleshoot the problem and found out in the BIOS that it's idling at 85-95c, in BIOS!

I tried repasting and setting the fan to max but no to avail, I am suspecting that my AIO pump isn't working properly or isn't connected to the right pins, but still it's confusing since it's working just fine before and I hadn't done anything to it since then, just cleaned the fans and radiator and connected them where they were connected before and they work just fine for a month but now it's idling at 95c in the BIOS

PC Details:
Ryzen 5 3600
YGT AIO
32GB
Corsair 600w
Gtx 1050 TI
Non-overclocked

You have an AIO? Make sure the pump is working. Did you see an RPM in the BIOS for the pump? If that is working, then perhaps try repasting the CPU with new thermal paste.

If the temp immediately goes to 90C when you enter the BIOS after the PC has been off for a while, then definitely repaste right away and see what happens.

My apologies I forgot to put that in my post.

I did just that and it doesn't fix the problem.

That's one of my problem too, I don't see the RPM for pump in the BIOS

The pump doesn't have RPM's. Your symptoms are definitely a failed water pump though. I've seen it dozens of times and always the same symptoms, running extremely hot just idling in the bios.

I can guarantee that if you pull out the AIO and replace it with a decent air cooler that you'll be fine.

That's what I have been thinking too, just couldn't let go I guess, so I have been trying different methods that I can try. Sucks man.

Since when do pumps not have RPMs? Or are you referring to this OP not showing any RPM?

Edit: Or perhaps some pumps don't show them because they aren't connected to the pump header?
