I started using Xable's Post-SP2 Update Pack after RyanVM stopped being updated. But I guess what I'm really waiting for is the official SP3 this month.

According to MS's SP road map SP3 is scheduled for official release in 2008, but since SP3 RC2 has already been released, download link, the official SP3 release could be this month.
