I've bricked my RX480 with a bad flash. Tried to boot back into windows with the IGP set as primary, but windows won't boot with the bricked 480 in the slot, even with the IGP set primary. The system Posts, I can boot into a USB flash drive with dos on it, but win10 black screens when booting. any ideas?

Does it have a bios switch to fall back to? Also, you could try booting windows on a working video card and flash that one in a 2nd slot, if available. Or you might be able to use ATIflash in DOS.

If there is no backup bios as suggested by Shmee.
You can try putting another card in the system and see if it'll let you flash the card in a second slot. If you can't do that, then find someone with an external programmer that is willing to flash it for you.
