On the AMD website, it lists a driver for Windows 7 and Windows 10. Have you tried either of those drivers (most likely the Windows 10 version) to see if it will work?

I have Windows 8.1. Had trouble upgrading to Windows 10. Just downloaded Windows 7, but I have a missing Ethernet Driver issue. Still trying to solve that issue. Was thinking about installing a clean Windows 10 etc.
That's the way to go. I've seen your other posts, and it seems like a clean install of Windows 10 is the best thing. If you already have a Windows 10 key, just download the most current version of Windows installer, put it on a USB or DVD drive, and boot from it and install it.

Most likely it automatically install most drivers for you. You'll probably still have to download the drivers from the AMD link I gave you earlier. Just look in device manager after Windows installs for items with an exclamation point next to it, and for those you'll need to download a driver for it.
Thanks for the help. I will try working with the drivers for Windows 7, if that doesn't work out, I will try installing a clean Windows 10. All of this is a lot for me to handle. I wish it was easier.
