RX 580 8GB GDDR5 $89.09 free ship from China (New)

Price is decent IMO, assuming they are actually new. Problem is, likely no warranty, but then you could get the allstate plan from newegg, might be worth it for these.

Ah, I'll give up on it then. I thought the app from AMD made it easy to underclock/undervolt cards visually by percentages.
It does have a power limit slider, but to effectively over/under clock the various RX cards (Polaris, Navi, and Navi2), you need to use all of the controls, and they are different for each family of cards. For example, you don't underclock an RX 580 the same way in the AMD Adrenaline drivers as you would overclock, say, a RX 5700 XT. The overclocking UI is literally different, and family-specific.

Does rebar work with these 2048SP China cards?
I did a little research just now, and there are claims that SAM can work on older GCN cards with modded drivers, but I expect YMMV and any gains aren't going to be as big as on RDNA2. I expect these RX 580s could do so then with a BIOS mod/update?

Not protected by Newegg? PayPal?
Maybe?

However, I'm not a gambling type person who wants to deal with a possible headache in order to find out.

Some 3rd party sellers on Newegg are pretty bad. Newegg seems to tolerate sellers with bad feedback a lot more than places like Ebay or Amazon.

True, true. If the mods feel that this deal may not be legit, then feel free to remove it, with my apologies.

For the record, though, I *DID* mention it was a China-seller. That should have raised the "extra caution flag" for some of you.
