RX 480 GAMING X Hot and loud (HELP)

RX 480 MSI started to be very hot and very load in gaming.

Something is wrong with this RX 480 gaming X, heat pipes are very hot, but it runs insanely hot for stock.

What to do. MSI RMA is just st*pid, wont help me with card. They said send it back to seller, but seller won't send it to MSI. So,yeah.
But before I say anything else about MSI could this be BIOS / driver ? Up until now it run cool.

Ambient is around 20-23C.

Please closed this thread. One fan was spinning and some problem with MSI AB piking even up to 1,35V on GPU. So problem fixed.
