RW2000 Gaming case w/ power supply for $29.99

Interesting deal. The case is actually pretty nice looking and the power supply has the wires wrapped which is a cool feature. It's no Antec or Lian Li, but doesn't appear to be a bad budget case.

I concur, plus the reseller rating is ok. anybody knows how much they charge for S & H?

Looks just like a RAIDMAX case. If so, Newegg has them for $32 plus $15 for shipping. I believe their PSU's are pretty decent.

Newegg is ok, but I think anytime you find a decent deal at another company, you should go for it, as long as it's a better deal. I think we should encourage more little places that have GOOD reseller ratings. In the end it is better for us, because we have more choice and competition, if everyone just always shops at newegg, there won't be any competition and prices will be higher.

my 2 cents

looks like a nice deal. PSU is a little light at 350, but for a budget system seems great.

I think there is a huge drawback to the raidmax at newegg as far as cooling. There is only room for a 60mm rear exhaust and of course the psu exhaust. Some of the review comments on that case talk about the airflow. I had an old case with the 60mm and wound up cutting a 92mm instead - looks only ok but works and sounds 100% better. As for the two side fans I think a couple L1a's blowing in are a much better way to go and I've done this on a few cases with side fans. At least the 4link case has two fans in the rear to give you more options. Also having 4 front fans in the raidmax case is also self defeating, since the static pressure becomes so great sucking air through the little slot in front that the two extra fans add little more true cfm into the case.

My $.02

I have a Raidmax case not the same one but the quality is so so. The paint is less than desirable.. I think this case may be a good one at the price.
I dont think you can go wrong 🙂

You make a good point. I agree, as I am all for free enterprise and competition..
