Yeah, that's an interesting concept. It's quite good since the thing I dislike about toy haulers is you can't reasonably keep your living area clean.

Nice master bedroom with reasonable sized bathroom and shower
Has residential hookups for stackable washer & dryer (if you are gonna spend month or longer at a time, you might want this)

Has a bonus room, not very big, but, if you got it without any furniture, it could make a nice kids play area.
The loft above the bonus room might make a cool playroom as well, or, could be extra storage.
very accommodating kitchen and living area
 
holy hell... 20k lbs gvw? so at least a 1 ton with duels to haul it. Are you going to live in this full time?

The biggest ones I've seen are up around 24000 lbs gvw (with 3 8000 pound axles)
