Huh? If we're talking about the Solitude 380FL / 380FL-R linked above why wouldn't the living room area above in front of the kitchen work? Sounds like you really want two bedrooms and living room. Maybe more like the 377MBS floorplan?

This one has a bunk area, but its almost a 2nd bedroom the way its laid out and shaped.

Yeah, that's an interesting concept. It's quite good since the thing I dislike about toy haulers is you can't reasonably keep your living area clean.

Has residential hookups for stackable washer & dryer (if you are gonna spend month or longer at a time, you might want this)

Has a bonus room, not very big, but, if you got it without any furniture, it could make a nice kids play area.
The loft above the bonus room might make a cool playroom as well, or, could be extra storage.

The biggest ones I've seen are up around 24000 lbs gvw (with 3 8000 pound axles)
