The fluid comming out of the radiator is a solid, opaque, rust color now. I've flushed it through several times, and the water turns brown right after I fill up the radiator.
How do I clean it out?

There's a radiator flush kit you can get at most parts store, Zerex brand I believe. It splices inline on one of the heater hoses. Follow the directions carefullty, and repeat as neccessary. It will take a few flushes to get most of the rust out, it will be nearly impossible to remove ALL of it, but after a few flushes, and then using the right antifreeze/water mix, you may get a lot more life out of your cooling system.
