I've been in 110C (So-called Finnish Sauna) dry heat for about 2-2.5 minutes, it's tough, plus in sauna you are not supposed to cook yourself like the dude in the pic, you get in and you get out, and cool off in frigid 7-8C (45F) pool of water.
