Russian Frozen Sea Prison.

OH I know what your talking about, happened like early part of the 20th
cent, cant remeber what one did it but they loaded up a few ships with
people and put them afloat up north above Siberia

a "worldly" friend of mine claims that there is this prison in Russia where they essentially toss you in a ditch with other inmates, with no food or anything else...he described it as the frozen sea prison.
i dont know if he was pulling my leg or if such a place exists.
