I made a turkey pastrami on rye with coleslaw, genoa salami, Colby cheese and Russian dressing for lunch today and couldn't wait for noon. I am eating it right now and I am so happy that I had to let someone else know.

drooooooool

The Russian dressings that I've had are by far my favorite salad dressing. Too bad no one seems to use it, no restaurants serve it, and it is harder to find in the stores.

what is russian dressing? ketchup + mayo?
By definition, it's basically the recipe blazerazor posted. In practice (ie, what you get on a sandwich in a deli), it's basically the same as Thousand Island.

I like it either way. There's not much better than a nice hot reuben slathered in russian dressing!
