The focus should finally shift to getting Ukraine the weapons to take out the missile launchers. Fuck Putin and his threat of nukes, rip the band aid off. How many years should Ukraine have to sit there and defend it's citizen and infrastructure from missiles safely launched across the border?
Yeah, it's fucking ridiculous we don't let them strike back.

We are not preventing them. We just aren't giving them our better longer range weapons that would increase their ability to attack inside Russian territory. I think we are being a bit too cautious, but I'm not the one sitting in the Oval office.

Well said!

I like what Biden and the administration are doing.. just wish they wouldn't tip-toe around on just really hitting Russia hard.

But that seems to be a common thing with American wars.. Remember that quote from Rambo?

"We can win this but you wouldn't let us win!"

Same thing in Afghanistan and Iraq.. it felt like we were fighting with one arm tied behind our back to be the better moral fighter, when the enemy just doesn't care.

Commander TikTok is alive and well, look at that display of strength
Wow that's pathetic. I've seen Steven Seagal move more in one of his "direct-to-DVD" movies.

Steven Seagal fights sitting down. He barely moves in this | So Bad It's Good #41 - Contract to Kill

Task & Purpose had some choice words to say about this "display" of manlihood:

Chechen dictator shows how to do really bad push-ups on Russian TV (taskandpurpose.com)

The video shows Kadyrov bending his elbows slightly as he appears to dry hump a glass floor roughly 34 times.

I think you may be looking at history through the wrong lens.

Quoting Rambo?

Yikes.

Getting Iskander launchers is really hard.

Now, getting their bombers might be possible. Given that Ukraine manages to get to the bases with their indigenous drones, the MQ1 might be able to hit the bombers at Engles with its precision guided munitions. Russia will probably just move them further back tho. And the Reapers would likely suffer very high losses.

Sometimes a movie quote .. note QUOTE so eloquently captures what's actually going on in the country even though most of the movie is fiction!

That particular line is just a variation of the Post WW1 German "Stab in the back" myth. It's the sort of thing the Russians might say after they lose in Ukraine.

True enough, but who're they gonna blame it on?

The blacks? They don't have any!
The jews? They don't have any!
The minorities? They don't have any!
The vodka? Nope! It's a full on vodka drinking Russkie country!

So they'll just blame the west as usual!

Did he qualify for the special olympics? Is he trying to rub one out with his micropenis?
I cant use the r word but that shit was fckin retracted.

Qualified for the Russian Olympics. Every sport is judged and the judges are appointed by Putin. He just set the Russian record with that display of 3056 perfect pushups.

Iraq...was never our enemy. there's a problem with a thing you said.

Afghanistan...also not really. The Taliban are and were. Al Qaeda were and are. That much as true, but the countries that you listed were never our enemies.

Yet, we have been very good at convincing them that they should be our enemies.

Maybe, before you make these comments in the Russia invading and raping Ukraine thread, you remember why we are here. ;)

( I mean, we also created the Taliban and made them relevant. That was kinda funny....especially as you quote Rambo who notoriously branded his name on some seriously amazing 80s propaganda nonsense with Rambo 3: "CREATE THE TALIBAN!" lol, have you ever watched that movie? You should if you haven't...if you can still find it. Uncle Sam don't like that one being shown much more)

I don't wanna go on a tangent, to derail the Russia thread so I'll keep my point specific to 1 thing that pissed me off - Pakistan being directly responsible especially their ISI, yet we didn't do anything with it and would keep on calling it a KEY ALLY in THE WAR ON TERROR.

That pisses me off as much as these Russkie propaganda clowns that keeps saying UKRAINE IS THE PROBLEM AND SHOULD SURRENDER!

Can't say I'd thought about it, but now you mention it, it's almost always "the Jews", for almost everybody (I suspect it was the Elders of Zion who hid my mobile phone under a cardboard box yesterday such that I spent half a day looking for it*)
And they certainly still have some...I mean, they've blamed everything else in Russian history on them, why stop now?

* probably because I did something they disapproved of - those guys are sticklers for protocol, I hear.

Reapers are probably too expensive to risk that way. The entire surplus Predator fleet on the other hand is just sitting stored at Davis-Monthan AFAIK...
