It is said to be the most popular news anchor in the US. Is this true? And do many of his viewers agree with what he says?
No, it's not remotely true. He is the most popular cable news host, but the audience for cable news is considerably smaller than other news sources.

He's NOT a news anchor.

He's a host on FOX NEWS - which doesn't give news but just shouts at the moon and people think its news.

math > overzealous reporter obviously. But ww2 is a safe bet.

BTW if people want to support Ukraine.. boycott swiss watches..

Not that I ever expect this of the Germans, but they should respond like the Brits did when they seemed publicly perplexed that hundreds of their off-duty SF and military seemed to "appear without permission" in Ukraine after the invasion started.

"Oh Gee, sorry about that Switzerland. Not sure how all this exploded Swiss ordinance ended up on Russian Telegram channels, but we did have some sort of theft at one of our armories where we were storing your missiles, or maybe someone screwed up the transit authorization forms when they were being transferred to a more secure spot....but as it is both warehouses are empty at the moment and we are currently trying to find the trucks!"

Maduro is making moves to improve relations with the US lately though. Not sure thats the best spot for him.

Maybe Maduro is thinking he can set up a Putin Honey Pot as a gift to the US? ....very dangerous thinking for Maduro of course, either way! :D

He isn't a news anchor, period.

Wait, why are you still here? You're supposed to be off in the Donbas trying to murder Ukrainians for the glory of your motherland.

Get to it, you fucking useless coward.

Given how its used the Swiss would never find out as long as the Ukrainians don't take any pictures of it.

German just be like:

"Yes the ammo made in your country is right in those bunkers over there"

"Can you see it? Of course! Here are the applications to view the ordinance in these binders. Usual approval time is 3-5 years."

Yes, it would be much more believable if the Germans just give them a German-styled gauntlet of paperwork and regulations with an expected timeline to confirm these details, rather than try to argue that, well, any German didn't fill out a couple of forms properly.

That.....is pure fantasy.

Sometime in 2028: Yes, thank you for filling out all the applications. Consideration of your request is still pending however an error on page 342 unfortunately triggers a provision that the application must be resubmitted and then sent back through the approval process. Also now the state government requires a 2 year environmental review of your inspection after you receive approval from the federal government and the army to view said materials. Oh you won't be in this job when any of that happens? Well that's a shame since your name is on the documents so your replacement will have to do it over again.

"Neutral" Switzerland benefited a lot from Nazi gold and art confiscated from Jews who then lost their lives. And, when found out long after the fact, fought like hell against returning any of it.

Seriously, I hope all NATO countries never buy from Switzerland again. Would they prevent the transfer to another NATO country that was being attacked? If they want to fully neutral, they shouldn't be selling weapons.

I believe the Germans had said in regards to a Swiss ban would be that it would not be buying any more Swiss defence products if that were the case

-also what is a neutral country doing selling armaments to anyone if that is the case?

also, collaborator was killed in DNR

it's amazing/scary what pgm can do

I'll give a detailed answer to add to what others have said.

Carlson is an opinion show host, not a news anchor. The problem is that Fox News treats opinions as if they're news, and is comfortable with opinion show hosts lying so long as those lies serve the channel's agenda. Fox knows Carlson is lying about Ukraine and other issues, but it doesn't care so long as there's a large audience and it translates to more Republican votes at elections.

Unfortunately, many of Carlson's viewers do agree with what he says. They've been conditioned (by Carlson, Fox and modern American conservatism) to accept his claims without question, even though it's often easy to find information disproving them.

Think of Fox News and Carlson much like the Putin-controlled media in your country (RT, Sputnik and others). They're preying on easily manipulated people to serve a political party's goals. It's just that the connection isn't as obvious and direct with Fox as it is with Russian media.
